The menu features the finest Steamed Jiangsu Hairy Crabs, meticulously selected to guarantee a weight between 187 to 206 grams, ensuring the utmost quality and satisfaction.
“Savour The Hairy Crab and Delicacies” showcases the classic flavors of Jiangsu by using only male Hairy Crabs carefully selected to guarantee a weight between 187 to 206 grams. In response to the increasing concern for the quality and safety of seafood products, all Hairy Crabs used at Gold Garden Shanghai Cuisine have undergone inspections and possess import certificates, guaranteeing that every customer can enjoy the most delicious and safe Hairy crab with rich and flavourful roe. Furthermore, we understand the needs of our young customers who may not be familiar with handling Hairy Crabs, while we strive to provide attentive service and make the dining experience even better for everyone.
